1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and VA Fast Lane LLC ("VA Fast Lane," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing vafastlane.com, submitting an inquiry, or using our related services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
2. Website and service information
VA Fast Lane provides information about virtual-assistant placement, matching, onboarding, and operational support for Amazon sellers. Website content and fit-assessment results are preliminary and informational. They are not a promise of placement, candidate availability, revenue, business performance, or any specific outcome. Any paid engagement is subject to the separate proposal, order, or service agreement presented to you.
3. Your information and conduct
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to use the site only for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape or copy the site at scale, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.
4. Appointments and third-party services
Scheduling, video calls, payment tools, and other parts of a service may be provided through third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms may be governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for attending scheduled appointments and providing reasonable notice if you need to reschedule.
5. SMS terms
When you separately select the optional SMS checkbox, you agree to receive informational and customer-care text messages from VA Fast Lane about your inquiry, qualification, appointments, and requested services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
Reply STOP to cancel. After a STOP request, we may send one confirmation message and then stop program texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, email support@vafastlane.com, or call +1 469-283-5522. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You are responsible for keeping your number current and for charges imposed by your carrier.
6. Intellectual property
The site, branding, text, graphics, workflows, and other content provided by VA Fast Lane are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the site for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
7. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, accounting, employment, or financial advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VA Fast Lane and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from the site or these Terms. Our aggregate liability relating to free website use will not exceed US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so part of this section may not apply to you.
9. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VA Fast Lane and its owners and personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and each party consents to those courts’ jurisdiction.
11. Changes, severability, and contact
